Chart of the Day

πŸ†  Today's Chart of the Day was shared by Donovan (@TheDonInvesting).

  • U.S. Stocks have rallied sharply off their recent lows, but international stocks have continued to outperform.

  • Donovan highlights three European ETFs that are breaking out to multi-year highs: Italy ($EWI), Spain ($EWP), and Germany ($EWG).

  • The U.S has dominated for nearly two decades. However, there has been a notable rotation out of U.S. stocks this year, and these breakouts suggest Europe could lead for months if not years.

The Takeaway: Italy ($EWI), Spain ($EWP), and Germany ($EWG) are breaking out to multi-year highs versus the S&P 500, suggesting a regime change is underway.
