• The Equal Weight Nasdaq 100 ($QQQE) broke out to an all-time high today for the first time in 2025. The traditional Nasdaq 100 ($QQQ) closed slightly below its all-time high by -0.4%, although it still achieved a fresh YTD high.
   
• After a healthy two-month consolidation, both indices have set the stage for a new leg higher. The fact that $QQQE got there first says that this rally is being reinforced by broad participation rather than narrow leadership.
   
• To quote the legendary Technician Bob Farrell, "Markets are strongest when they are broad and weakest when they narrow to a handful of blue-chip names.
   

The Takeaway: The Nasdaq 100 continues to flirt with all-time highs, but the Equal Weight version already got her number. This is indicative of a healthy and sustainable rally.
