Bill Kelleher recently completed 4 years as Co-Chief Investment Officer of the ETFC Multi-Strategy Quant Fund. The Connecticut-headquartered firm partnered with two family offices to manage a systematic hedge fund utilizing proprietary algorithms. The fund captured alpha over multiple timeframes during its eight-year track record. Bill is actively exploring options to deploy the algorithms and timing signals with ETFConcepts to other investment products and partners.
Mr. Kelleher began his career in financial services as a specialist and market maker on the Boston Stock Exchange for Morgan Stanley.
In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Kelleher serves as a Director on the Board of the CMT Association. Bill has produced nine successful global conferences for CMT Association which articulated the theme for a portfolio of global events each year. Mr. Kelleher is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Market Technician (CMT). He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Dartmouth College, where he also played four years of Division I hockey. Bill played two years of hockey in the European Elite professional leagues before joining Morgan Stanley in 1997.
